Our bagel supplier was founded in 1995 as a fresh bagel supplier to local bagel shops. They bake authentic, New York style bagels and use the best ingredients, like powdered barley malt and Wingold flour. Most important, they have expert bagel bakers. The bagels are kettle boiled and hearth-baked (for 95%) before being shipped to Holland. We receive the bagels frozen to ensure the best quality. When you receive your bagels, store them in your freezer.
Our entire product line is 100% nut free and completely safe for those with a peanut or tree nut allergy. Thereby, no high-fructose Sweeteners or trans-fat oils are used. Our bagels are Kosher and vegan as well.
